In 2022, our actions wee translated into daily actions mobilizing all collaborators:
- We developed a zero waste kit for all new employees
- We only print the essential
- Coffee capsules have been replaced by organic coffee beans (ECOCERT certified) and from fair trade

Committed to fighting climate change
We commissioned a carbon assessment in 2020, and took the following actions:
- Data audits so relevanC employees adopt best practices
- Promotion of soft mobility with the installation of bike racks in the office, provision of bike rescue kits
- Training for Climate Fresque coaches for employees to deploy company-wide in 2023
